Hermida Developments is a Dominican real estate developer. We do not sell a product: we design the experience of living in a place, and from it we conceive each project, anywhere in the country where that experience is worth creating.
We think first about who will live in each residence: how they arrive, what they see when they open the door, where they spend the afternoon, what they tell when they return. Then we design the building. That is why our projects are born from a concept, not from a floor plan.
We design, build and deliver with the same team and publish every construction update with its date. Momentum Residences, in Vista Cana, was the first project and enters its final stage with delivery in April 2027. MOARI, in Cap Cana, is the next: 52 residences facing Lago Azul.

We develop across the Dominican Republic. Our office is in Santo Domingo and our two current projects are in the fastest-appreciating destinations in the country: Vista Cana, in Punta Cana, and Ocean Lakes, in Cap Cana. The next one will be wherever there is an experience worth creating.
