Do you publish unit prices?
We do not publish prices on the website. When you request the price list we send you the current version with real availability, within 24 hours.
Can I buy if I do not live in the Dominican Republic?
Yes. Foreigners can acquire property in the Dominican Republic with the same rights as nationals. We guide you through the whole process, including coordination with your lawyer or representative.
How do I reserve a unit?
With an initial reservation (US$ 5,000 at MOARI) and the signing of the contract. From there, each project's staged payment plan applies, which we explain before you sign.
What is CONFOTUR?
Law 158-01 on tourism promotion. In approved projects, buyers may access tax benefits such as exemption from the transfer tax and from the property tax (IPI) for a set period, subject to requirements and validity. We tell you which apply to each project.
Can I visit the projects?
Yes. We receive you at our sales office in Torre Piantini, Santo Domingo, and arrange site visits in Vista Cana (Momentum Residences) and Cap Cana (MOARI). You can book right here.
Do you offer a rental program?
Momentum Residences has a vacation rental program whose terms are provided on request. For MOARI, ask us about the available options.
